About this Project
This build was a 4 story apartment block with each a modest 200-250m2 each. This was a Insitu concrete and concrete block structure with concrete midfloors.
All the retaining walls where waterproofed to a very high spec. The roof had a low pitch double layer torch on Nurply product.
There was no compromises made on this project from the full automation system to the designer kitchens and amazing views.
However the point of difference for this build was the lift system, running from the carpark to the top floor.
